Veal Cutlet Supreme
- veal cutlet or steak
- garlic powder
- paprika
- 1 large onion, chopped
- salt
- Italian bread crumbs
- Parmesan cheese
- water (approximately 1 1/2 c.)
- cheese slices (American or Mozzarella)
- butter
- 1 egg
- Season veal with salt and garlic powder.
- Dip in egg; then dip in bread crumbs.
- Fry in butter until browned on both sides. Remove and place in baking pan.
- Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top. Saute onions until tender (soft) slowly, seasoning with salt and paprika.
- Add water during latter stages of cooking and simmer about 10 to 15 minutes.
- Place slice of cheese on top of veal pieces, then pour onion gravy on top.
- Bake at 350u0b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
- Serve with rice or noodles.
