Pizza Dough

  1. Pour half of the milk into a large bowl.
  2. Add a couple of tablespoons flour, dry yeast, salt and sugar.
  3. Stir it all together, cover the bowl with a tea towel and set aside for 1/2 hour.
  4. Then add egg, butter and the rest of the milk.
  5. Now start pouring the flour.
  6. Do not put all in at once.
  7. Add some and mix to combine.
  8. Then add a little more flour and mix to combine.
  9. You just want to use enough flour until the dough starts to come together.
  10. When the necessary consistency is reached, fold the dough and add a little more flour, just until it stops sticking to your hands.
  11. Put the dough into a lightly oiled bowl and cover with a tea towel.
  12. Leave the pizza dough in a warm place for about an hour.
  13. After the dough has risen, fold it again, then put it onto a lightly floured surface and roll it out.
  14. Then start assembling your pizza.
  15. Bake the assembled pizza at 350 degrees F (180 degrees C) for 20 minutes.
