Homemade Oreo Cookie Ice Cream Recipe

• 3 egg yolks
• 1 can Eagle Brand lowfat milk
• 4 teaspoon vanilla
• 1 c. crushed Oreo cookies (about 12)
• 2 c. (1 pt.) whipping cream, do not use whipped topping

1. In a large bowl beat egg yolks; stir in lowfat milk and vanilla.
2. Mix in cookies and whipped cream.
3. Pour in aluminum foil lined pan or possibly a 2 qt container.
4. Cover; freeze 6 hrs or possibly till hard.
