Layered Ham And Chicken Casserole
- 1 c. cooked ham, cubed
- 1 c. cooked chicken, cubed
- 1/2 c. celery, chopped
- 1/3 c. green pepper, chopped
- 1/4 c. green onions, chopped
- 2 hard-cooked eggs, chopped
- 2 Tbsp. pimento, chopped
- 1/3 c. green or ripe olives, sliced
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 large pkg. (12 oz.) wide noodles, cooked as to pkg. directions
- crushed potato chips or seasoned bread crumbs for topping
- Combine meats, vegetables, eggs, pimento and olives.
- Mix 2 cans of soup.
- Place a layer of noodles in a well-buttered casserole dish (2 1/2 to 3-quart size).
- Add a layer of meat mixture and a layer of soup.
- Alternate layers until all ingredients have been used, ending with soup.
- Top with crushed potato chips or seasoned bread crumbs.
