Chocolate MINUTE Tapioca Pudding
- 3 squares BAKER'S Semi-Sweet Chocolate
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 3 Tbsp. MINUTE Tapioca
- 3 cups milk
- 1 egg, well beaten
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- Mix chocolate, sugar, tapioca, milk and egg in medium saucepan.
- Let stand 5 minutes.
- Cook on medium heat, stirring constantly until mixture comes to full boil.
- (Pudding thickens as it cools.)
- Remove from heat.
- Stir in vanilla.
- Cool 20 minutes; stir.
- Stir before serving.
- Serve warm or chilled.
- Garnishing Tip: Garnish with dollop of thawed COOL WHIP Whipped Topping and sprinkle with grated BAKER'S Semi-Sweet Baking Chocolate.
