Chocolate MINUTE Tapioca Pudding

  1. Mix chocolate, sugar, tapioca, milk and egg in medium saucepan.
  2. Let stand 5 minutes.
  3. Cook on medium heat, stirring constantly until mixture comes to full boil.
  4. (Pudding thickens as it cools.)
  5. Remove from heat.
  6. Stir in vanilla.
  7. Cool 20 minutes; stir.
  8. Stir before serving.
  9. Serve warm or chilled.
  10. Garnishing Tip: Garnish with dollop of thawed COOL WHIP Whipped Topping and sprinkle with grated BAKER'S Semi-Sweet Baking Chocolate.
