Updated Smoked Turkey Club

  1. Beat mustard, red pepper puree and mayonnaise with whisk until blended.
  2. Refrigerate until ready to use.
  3. For each serving: Spread each of 3 toast slices with 1 Tbsp.
  4. of the mustard mixture.
  5. Cover 1 toast slice with 2 bacon slices, 3 turkey slices and second toast slice; top with 3 avocado slices, 1 tomato slice and third toast slice.
  6. Cut into quarters; secure each quarter with 4-inch toothpick.
