Mochelia

  1. In a mixing glass, combine the vodka, liqueur and Vanilla Simple Syrup; fill with ice and stir well.
  2. Strain into a chilled coupe.
  3. Shake the cream vigorously in a cocktail shaker until softly whipped.
  4. Spoon the cream over the drink and garnish with the cocoa powder.
