Seafood Delight

  1. Thaw fish, cut into 1-inch chunks.
  2. Heat oil, butter, onions and garlic in heavy skillet.
  3. Saute about 2 minutes or until onion is soft.
  4. Add tomatoes, wine, water, parsley, basil, salt and oregano.
  5. Cover and simmer 30 minutes.
