Potato And Cheese Casserole Recipe

• 1/2 c. melted butter
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 2 c. shredded sharp cheese
• 1/3 c. minced onion
• 1 pt. lowfat sour cream
• 1 can mushroom soup
• 1/4 teaspoon pepper
• 1 lg. pkg. hashbrowns

1. Mix all ingredients, put into greased cake pan.
2. This can be mixed together the night before and put in the refrigerator to bake the next day.
3. Bake in 350 degrees for 45 min.
4. Serves 12.
