Booberry Gobbler
- 6 cups blueberries
- 12 cup all-purpose flour
- 12 cup sugar
- 1 12 tablespoons lemon rind, finely grated
- 2 cups marshmallow cream
- prepared pie crust
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
- In a small bowl, combine fruit, flour, sugar and lemon rind.
- Stir to mix well.
- Pour into muffin pans.
- Crumble pie crust evenly over fruit mixture.
- Bake for about 50 minutes.
- Top with marshmallow fluff.
