Quick, Healthy Omelette

  1. Heat one teaspoon of oil, Fry the onions until soft.
  2. Add the mushrooms,chilli,green beans and tomato.
  3. Cook until a bit brown or soft depending on how you like it.
  4. Then whisk the eggs add S&P and milk.
  5. Add to the pan and there you go!
