Quick, Healthy Omelette
- 12 onion
- handful of chopped mushroom
- 1 small amount green chili (or more depending on the amount of spice you can handle!)
- green beans (a few will do)
- 12 tomatoes
- 2 eggs
- salt and pepper
- milk
- Heat one teaspoon of oil, Fry the onions until soft.
- Add the mushrooms,chilli,green beans and tomato.
- Cook until a bit brown or soft depending on how you like it.
- Then whisk the eggs add S&P and milk.
- Add to the pan and there you go!
