Star of India

• Ice
• 1 1/2 ounces aged rum
• 1/2 ounce triple sec
• 3/4 ounce passion fruit nectar or juice
• 1 1/2 teaspoons sambuca
• Splash of chilled Sprite
• 1 organic rose petal (optional)

1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
2. Add all of the ingredients except the Sprite and rose petal and shake well.
3. Strain into a chilled martini glass and top with the Sprite.
4. If desired, garnish with the rose petal.
