Pumpkin Dessert

  1. Press graham crackers, 1/3 cup sugar and butter into 9 x 13-inch pan.
  2. Mix 3 eggs, 3/4 cup sugar and cream cheese.
  3. Pour over crust and bake for 20 minutes at 350u0b0.
  4. Cool.
  5. Cook pumpkin, 4 egg yolks, 3/4 cup sugar, milk, salt and cinnamon until heated well.
  6. Dissolve gelatine in cold water and add to pumpkin mixture. Cool and add 4 beaten egg whites with 1/4 cup sugar, beaten into egg whites.
  7. Pour mixture into cooled crust.
  8. Can top with Cool Whip.
