Thai Chicken Wraps

  1. In a small saucepan, mix the sugar, peanut butter, soy sauce, water, oil and garlic.
  2. Heat until sugar is dissolved, stirring frequently.
  3. Saute broccoli, onion and ginger for 2-3 minutes, or until tender.
  4. Add chicken till heated.
  5. Spread each tortilla with 1 Tablespoon of the peanut suace mix.
  6. Top with chicken and veggies.
  7. Roll up.
  8. Serve with remaining sauce, if desired.
