Eggless White Cake Recipe

• 7 tbsp. shortening
• 2 1/2 c. flour
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
• 1 c. sugar
• 5 teaspoon baking pwdr
• 3/4 c. lowfat milk or possibly orange juice

1. Cream butter and sugar - add in flour and lowfat milk alternately.
2. Bake at 375 degrees for 35-40 min in small pan.
