My Hubby's Beer Snack: Fried Fish Sausage
- 3 Fish sausages
- 1 tbsp Oil
- 1 Cracked black pepper
- Slice the sausages diagonally.
- Heat the oil in a pan, and fry the sausage until browned.
- Sprinkle on a generous amount of cracked black pepper.
- The sausages are done when they are close to becoming burnt.
- If you have the time, top them with a sunny-side-up egg.
- The creaminess of the egg yolk is divine.
