My Hubby's Beer Snack: Fried Fish Sausage

  1. Slice the sausages diagonally.
  2. Heat the oil in a pan, and fry the sausage until browned.
  3. Sprinkle on a generous amount of cracked black pepper.
  4. The sausages are done when they are close to becoming burnt.
  5. If you have the time, top them with a sunny-side-up egg.
  6. The creaminess of the egg yolk is divine.
