Healthy Fudge Brownies Recipe
- 1/2 c. butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2-4 tbsp. Hershey's cocoa
- 2 tbsp. safflower oil
- 3/4 c. whole wheat pastry flour
- Minced nuts (optional)
- 1 c. honey
- 3 Large eggs
- Buy whole wheat pastry flour at any health food store.
- In medium saucepan, heat butter, add in cocoa and oil.
- Remove from heat and stir in honey.
- Blend Large eggs, one at a time, add in vanilla.
- Stir in flour and nuts.
- Spread in greased 8x8x2 inch pan.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 30-45 min.
- Cold, cut into squares.
