Ugly Shredded Wheat

• 1 shredded wheat (crushed)
• 1 ripe banana (mashed)
• 12-34 cup chocolate milk

1. Combine all three and let it soak for a couple minetes.
2. Never mind how it looks.
3. ENJOY.
