Sweet Ravioli

  1. Blend cream cheese & sugar together, fold in fruit.
  2. Cut 3cm rounds out of each pastry sheet, using a scone or cookie cutter.
  3. Place a small teaspoonful of the fruit mixture into the centre of 16 rounds.
  4. Brush edges with a little water, top with second round & press edges to seal.
  5. Heat oil & fry ravioli a few at atime, turning until crisp & golden.
  6. Drain on absorbent paper.
  7. Toss in extra sugar & serve with hot custard if desired.
