Melt Away Cheese Rounds

  1. Cream butter in food processor or mixer until light and fluffy.
  2. Add
  3. cheese,
  4. flour,
  5. salt, paprika or poppy seed and form into
  6. a
  7. dough.
  8. Chill
  9. dough about 2 hours.
  10. Shape dough into smalltven balls; place on greased cookie sheet.
  11. Sprinkle with some extra paprika or poppy seed.
  12. Bake balls at 400u0b0 for about 10
  13. minutes or until just baked through.
  14. The rounds should never get
  15. brown.
  16. Cool and remove carefully.
  17. Store in airtight container.these rounds may be frozen for later use. Chill the rounds
  18. 30tinutes
  19. on
  20. the
  21. baking
  22. sheets
  23. before baking.
