Frozen Chocolate Banana

  1. Wrap banana halves in wax paper or foil and freeze until hard.
  2. On sheet of wax paper spread half the cracker crumbs; coat 1 banana half with 1/2 teaspoon syrup, then roll in crumbs.
  3. Repeat procedure with remaining banana half.
  4. Serve immediately or wrap in moisture- and vapor- resistant wrapping and store in freezer until ready to use.
  5. Makes 2 servings.
