Egg Appetizer

  1. Grate the eggs.
  2. Mince the parsley, watercress and scallions.
  3. Add salt, horseradish, mayonnaise and pepper.
  4. Gently fold everthing together.
  5. Mold into a mound and chill for several hours before serving.
