Another Breakfast Casserole Recipe
- 1 x (16 oz) package grnd pork breakfast sausage
- 12 x Large eggs
- 1 x (10.75 oz) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 1 x (10.75 oz) can lowfat milk
- 1 x (4.5 oz) can sliced mushrooms, liquid removed
- 1 x (32 oz) package frzn potato rounds
- 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- Place sausage in a skillet over medium-high heat, and cook till proportionately brown.
- Drain, and set aside.
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- Lightly grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
- In a large bowl, beat together the Large eggs, condensed cream of mushroom soup, and lowfat milk.
- Stir in the sausage and mushrooms, and pour into the prepared baking dish.
- Fold in the frzn potato rounds.
- Bake in preheated oven for 45 to 50 min.
- Sprinkle with cheese, and bake an additional 10 min, or possibly till cheese is melted.
- Makes 12 servings
