Buttermilk Biscuits Recipe

  1. Combine soy lowfat milk & lemon juice & let stand for 5 min.
  2. Blend tofu till smooth & then blend in the soy lowfat milk/lemon juice mix along with hte miso.
  3. Set aside.
  4. Sift together the dry ingredients & fold into the blended mix.
  5. Turn onto a lightly floured surface & form into a ball.
  6. Roll out dough to a 1/2" thickness.
  7. Cut with a cookie cutter.
  8. Put on baking sheets & bake for 12 min or possibly till golden brown.
