Seafood Soup with Garlic and Ginger

  1. Add onion, garlic, ginger and CHOP with 4 or 5 quick pulses.
  2. Remove from bowl.
  3. Slice leeks.
  4. Remove.
  5. Heat butter in saucepan and add onion, garlic, ginger and leeks.
  6. Cook 10 min.
  7. until veggies are very tender and fragrant.
  8. Cut seafood into approx.
  9. 1/2 in.
  10. pieces.
  11. Add to veggies and cook 1 min.
  12. Add stock and bring to boil.
  13. Cook 5 minutes.
  14. Season w/ salt and pepper.
  15. Meanwhile, slice green onions through the small feed tube.
  16. Cook one minute and then serve.
