Irish Stew

  1. Brown ground chuck and onion in soup kettle until meat is no longer pink and is broken up good.
  2. Add the remaining ingredients.
  3. Bring to a boil; reduce heat and simmer about 45 minutes until vegetables are tender.
  4. Serve with crackers or Irish bread.
