Macrobiotic Snack Fluffy Soy Milk Madeleines
- 200 grams Whole wheat flour
- 50 grams Whole wheat cake flour
- 12 grams Baking powder
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 30 grams Almond flour
- 60 grams Beet sugar
- 350 ml Soy milk
- 120 ml Canola oil
- 30 ml Maple syrup
- Mix the Dry ingredients in a bowl.
- Mix the Wet ingredients in a separate bowl.
- Make a well in the middle of the Dry ingredients mixture, and pour in the Wet ingredients mixture.
- Mix well with a whisk.
- Pour into a muffin pan or madeleine pan, and bake in the oven for 22 minutes at 180C.
