Pesto cous cous with shrimp
- 110 grams basil with stems
- 1 cup cous cous
- 1 tsp garlic chopped
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/3 cup parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup walnuts
- 1/2 tsp kosher salt
- 1/4 tsp ground black pepper.
- 1 lb large shrimp
- 1 tsp garlic chopped
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 1/4 cup dry white wine
- 2 tbsp chopped parsley
- 2 cup water
- Boil the water add the cous cous turn of the stove a let rest for 5 minutes.
- Put in a blender the basil with stems,walnuts, parmesan cheese, olive oil,garlic?
- salt and pepper and blend very well.
- Mix the cous cous with the creamy pesto sauce that you blender.
- In a fry pan disolve the butter add the garlic fried add the shrimp cook until is orange add the wine the lemon juice mix and add the parsley .
- In a plate put the cous cous and the shrimp on top ,enjoy :-)
