Quick Thai Vegetable and Peanut Salad

  1. Whisk together vinaigrette and peanut buter until smooth.
  2. Pour over vegetables and toss to combine.
  3. Refrigerate at least 30 minutes before serving.
  4. Top each salad with 1 Tbsp.
  5. (15 mL) peanuts.
