Firecracker Casserole
- 2 pounds Lean Ground Beef (97/3)
- 1 cup Chopped Onion
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 2 Tablespoons Chili Powder
- 1 teaspoon Ground Cumin
- 2 Tablespoons Chopped Jalapeno
- 1 can (15 Oz. Can) Undrained Ranch Style Beans
- 1 can (10 Oz. Can) Ro*tel Tomatoes
- 1 can (10.75 Oz. Can) Cream Of Mushroom Soup
- 8 whole Corn Tortillas
- 6 ounces, weight Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- In a medium skillet, brown the beef and then drain.
- Add onions, salt, chili powder, cumin, and jalapeno to the beef.
- Spray a 13x9 casserole dish.
- Add meat then start to make layers by adding the ranch style beans, tomatoes, mushroom soup, tortillas, and then shredded cheese.
- Repeat layers and bake for 50 minutes.
