Alaska Snow Crab With Diablo Butter Recipe

• 1/2 c. butter
• 1 tsp Dijon-style mustard
• 4 dsh warm pepper sauce - (to 6 drops)
• 4 x snow crab clusters thawed if necessary

1. Place butter in microwave-safe bowl.
2. Microwave on High power, 1 minute, till melted.
3. Stir in mustard and warm pepper sauce to taste.
4. Place snow crab in single layer in microwave-safe baking dish.
5. Cover with vented plastic wrap.
6. Microwave on High power 4 to 5 min, till heated through.
7. Serve with Diablo butter for dipping.
8. This recipe yields 4 servings.
