Cucumber, Leek, and Fried Tofu Seasoned with Wasabi
- 1 Cucumber
- 1 Leek
- 1 Aburaage
- 2 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 tbsp *Sake
- 3 cm *Wasabi paste from a tube
- Put the soy sauce in a bowl.
- Cut the leek in half vertically and then cut diagonally in thin slices and let soak in the soy sauce.
- Lightly brown the aburaage in the toaster oven (after browning, use a paper towel to drain the oil).
- Cut the aburaage in half vertically and then cut into thin strips.
- Cut the cucumber in half vertically as well, and slice diagonally.
- Dissolve the wasabi in a tablespoon of sake and then add to Step 1.
- Add Steps 2 and 3, and then it's done.
