Orange-Pineapple Delight

  1. Mix crackers, sugar and margarine.
  2. Press into a 9 x 13-inch pan (save 1 cup crumbs for topping).
  3. In large bowl, mix together Eagle Brand milk and orange juice.
  4. Add oranges and pineapple and fold in Cool Whip.
  5. Spread mixture over the crumb crust.
  6. Sprinkle reserved cup of crumbs on top.
  7. Dot with maraschino cherries. Chill in refrigerator several hours or overnight.
  8. Serves 12 to 15.
