Low-Fat Caesar Salad

  1. Coat one side of each slice of bread lightly with cooking spray.
  2. Sprinkle evenly with garlic powder.
  3. Place on ungreased baking sheet.
  4. Bake at 300u0b0 for 18 to 20 minutes.
  5. Cut into cubes and set aside.
  6. Rub inside of a large salad bowl with garlic. Place lettuce in bowl.
  7. Combine chicken broth, lemon juice, Worcestershire, anchovy and mustard in a small bowl, stirring well. Drizzle over lettuce.
  8. Sprinkle salad with Parmesan cheese and cracked pepper.
  9. Toss well.
  10. Top with bread cubes.
  11. Serve immediately.
