Tarragon Chicken SaladLets Eat Some Poultry!

• 1 1/3 cups coarsely chopped cooked chicken breast
• 1/2 cup chopped celery
• 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
• 1 clove garlic, peeled
• 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
• 1/4 teaspoon dried tarragon

1. Combine the chicken, celery, and mayonnaise in a medium bowl.
2. Mix well to coat.
3. Press in the garlic, then mix in the onion powder and tarragon.
