Roast Beef Watercress Crostini

  1. TOAST bread until crisp and lightly browned on both sides; cool.
  2. SPREAD each bread slice with 1 tsp.
  3. (5 mL) sauce; top with 1 oz (30 g) roast beef, watercress sprigs and additional 1/4 tsp.
  4. (1 mL) sauce.
