Frosted Chocolate Brownie Supreme
- 1/2 c. plus 3 Tbsp. reduced-calorie margarine, softened
- 1 1/3 c. sugar
- 8 egg whites
- 1/2 c. nonfat sour cream alternative
- 1/3 c. evaporated skim milk
- 2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1 1/3 c. all-purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 2/3 c. unsweetened cocoa
- vegetable cooking spray
- Beat margarine at medium speed until fluffy.
- Gradually add sugar; beat well.
- Add egg whites, milk, sour cream and vanilla; beat well.
- Combine dry ingredients together, then add to creamy mixture, mixing well.
- Pour batter into a 9 x 13 x 2-inch baking pan coated with cooking spray.
- Bake at 350u0b0 for 25 minutes, or until wooden pick comes out clean.
- Cool in pan on wire rack. Spread with Creamy Chocolate Frosting.
