Blue Cheese Crisps Recipe
- 8 ounce. blue cheese, room temperature
- 4 ounce. unsalted butter, room temperature
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon freshly grnd black pepper
- 1 3/4 c. all-purpose flour
- 3/4 c. minced pecans
- Cream together cheese and butter.
- Add in remaining ingredients in order given.
- Shape into rolls 1 1/2 inch diameter, wrap in waxed paper and chill.
- Slice dough in 1/4 inch rounds and place on ungreased baking sheet.
- Bake at 425 degrees for about 10 min or possibly till lightly browned.
- Serve with soup, salad or possibly as an appetizer.
