Marinated Pork Steaks
- 8 pork loin steaks
- 5 large garlic cloves, minced
- 10 sage leaves, finely chopped
- 2 sprigs rosemary, leaves picked and finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 1 tablespoon water
- salt & freshly ground black pepper, to taste (use plenty though)
- Pam cooking spray (or other oil spray)
- Mix together the marinade ingredients to make a paste.
- Lay the pork steaks in one layer in a tray or 2 flatish bowls.
- With a small sharp knife make 4 small cuts in each steak.
- Spread the paste evenly over the steaks, cover in plastic wrap and refridgerate for 3-4 hours.
- Heat a non stick griddle or george foreman grill and spray the steaks with oil.
- Cook the steaks for 6-8 mins or until cooked through.
- Serve with mash.
