Ham & Cheese Biscuit Cups

  1. Grease muffin tin, preheat oven to 375
  2. Press biscuits flat, then press them into the muffin tin cups
  3. Fill biscuit cups with ham and cheese
  4. Whip eggs in a separate bowl, fill the cups evenly with egg mixture, season with salt and pepper
  5. Bake biscuits for 20-25 untill the eggs have set and the biscuits are golden brown.
