Ham & Cheese Biscuit Cups
- 1 tube refrigerator biscuit
- 1/2 cup cheddar or swiss cheese
- 1/2 cup ham
- 3 eggs
- 1 muffin tin
- 1 Cooking Spray
- 1 Salt & Pepper
- Grease muffin tin, preheat oven to 375
- Press biscuits flat, then press them into the muffin tin cups
- Fill biscuit cups with ham and cheese
- Whip eggs in a separate bowl, fill the cups evenly with egg mixture, season with salt and pepper
- Bake biscuits for 20-25 untill the eggs have set and the biscuits are golden brown.
