Southern Bean Cassorole

  1. Brown first 4 ingredients together.
  2. Drain any fat if needed.
  3. Mix in remaining ingredients and cook on the stove top for 5 minutes to heat through.
  4. Transfer to a cassarole dish and bake at 350F for about two hours, stirring every 20 minutes or so.
  5. Add a little water if it looks like its drying out.
  6. When done you want it to run a little, not just glop on the plate.
