Creamed Chicken
- 12 cup chopped celery
- 12 teaspoon dried onion
- 14 cup pimiento
- salt and pepper
- 2 tablespoons butter or 2 tablespoons margarine
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 13-12 cup milk
- 5 ounces canned chicken or 5 ounces canned turkey or 1 cup diced cooked poultry
- 1 cup cooked peas
- 18 teaspoon sage
- Cook celery in butter until tender.
- Blend in other ingredients.
- Heat, stirring often.
- Serve over split cornbread, biscuits or toast.
- Makes 3 servings.
