Easy Creamy Spinach Dip
- 1 loaf (16 oz.) Hawaiian bread
- 1 container (16 oz.) BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN Sour Cream
- 1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen chopped spinach, thawed, well drained
- 1 cup MIRACLE WHIP Dressing
- 1 env. GOOD SEASONS Italian Dressing Mix
- Cut slice from top of bread loaf; remove center of loaf, leaving 1-inch-thick shell.
- Cut removed bread and loaf top into bite-size pieces; place in resealable plastic bag.
- Store at room temperature until ready to use.
- Combine all remaining ingredients; spoon into bread shell.
- Cover with plastic wrap.
- Refrigerate at least 2 hours.
- Serve with the bread pieces as dippers.
