Lazy Day Lasagna
- 1 pound Rotini, Shells, Macaroni Or Bowtie
- 1 pound Ground Beef Or Italian Suasage, Browned And Drained
- 1 pound Ricotta Cheese
- 1/2 cups Shredded Parmesan Cheese
- 2 quarts Jarred Pasta Sauce
- 1 pound Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
- Olive Oil
- Cook your choice of pasta to al dente (cook according to package instructions for al dente).
- Grease a 9x13 baking pan with olive oil.
- Layer 1/2 of the above amounts each of pasta, meat, ricotta, parmesan, sauce and mozzarella in that order.
- Repeat layers except for the mozzarella.
- Draw a wooden spoon through the layers in an S-shaped pattern to mesh the layers without actually stirring them together.
- Then top with the remaining mozzarella.
- Bake at 350F for 30-45 minutes or until the cheese is browned and everything is bubbly.
