Back East Dip

  1. Let cream cheese get to room temperature.
  2. Once its ready, smoosh into a 9x13 baking dish so it covers the whole bottom.
  3. Then pour your favorite salsa over the top so it covers the cream cheese.
  4. Sprinkle the shredded cheese on top.
  5. I like to use a lot of cheese, but you can use as much or as little as you would like.
  6. Bake in the oven on 350F for 10-15 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  7. Let sit for a few minutes and serve with Wheat Thins and tortilla chips.
  8. This dip will go quick!
