Back East Dip
- 2 packages (8 Oz. Package) Cream Cheese
- 1 jar (16 Oz. Jar) Your Favorite Salsa
- 2 cups Shredded Cheese
- Let cream cheese get to room temperature.
- Once its ready, smoosh into a 9x13 baking dish so it covers the whole bottom.
- Then pour your favorite salsa over the top so it covers the cream cheese.
- Sprinkle the shredded cheese on top.
- I like to use a lot of cheese, but you can use as much or as little as you would like.
- Bake in the oven on 350F for 10-15 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Let sit for a few minutes and serve with Wheat Thins and tortilla chips.
- This dip will go quick!
