Crostini with Burrata Cheese, Pink Pepper, and Arugula

  1. Preheat broiler.
  2. Place bread on baking sheet.
  3. Brush with oil; rub with garlic.
  4. Broil until golden, about 1 1/2 minutes per side.
  5. Transfer toasts to platter.
  6. Top with arugula and cheese.
  7. Drizzle with oil.
  8. Sprinkle with pepper and fleur de sel.
  9. *A type of sea salt; available at some supermarkets and specialty foods stores.
