Crockpot Salsa Verde Chicken
- 4 whole Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts
- 2 cups Store Bought Salsa Verde
- 1- 1/2 cup Frozen Corn
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Pepper
- 2 cups Cooked Rice
- 2 Tablespoons Chopped Cilantro
- 1 whole Lime, Sliced
- Cut the chicken breasts into chunks and add them into a medium-sized crockpot.
- Add salsa verde, corn, salt and pepper to crockpot and put the lid on.
- Cook on low 8 hours.
- Serve chicken with rice, cilantro and sliced lime.
