Easy Poached Eggs with the Microwave
- 1 Egg (Medium)
- 100 ml Water
- 1 A dish that doesn't have a large wide bottom (or a mug)
- Pour 100 ml of water into the dish.
- Gently break the egg into the dish.
- (Try to break into the centre of the dish as much as possible.)
- Microwave for 55 seconds at 600 W.
- Use a slitted spoon to remove the egg from the water and it's done.
- I used this dish but you could also use a mug.
