Easy Poached Eggs with the Microwave

  1. Pour 100 ml of water into the dish.
  2. Gently break the egg into the dish.
  3. (Try to break into the centre of the dish as much as possible.)
  4. Microwave for 55 seconds at 600 W.
  5. Use a slitted spoon to remove the egg from the water and it's done.
  6. I used this dish but you could also use a mug.
