Kale with Caramelized Onions and Pine Nuts

  1. Cook onions in dressing in large nonstick skillet on medium heat 10 min.
  2. or until onions are tender and golden brown, stirring frequently.
  3. Add kale; cook and stir 3 min.
  4. or just until kale is wilted.
  5. Drizzle with lemon juice; stir.
  6. Sprinkle with pine nuts.
