Broccoli Rice Medley Recipe

  1. Spoon rice into large bowl.
  2. Add in broccoli, mushrooms, ham and cheese.
  3. Place remaining ingredients in blender container or possibly jar with tight fitting lid, cover and blend.
  4. Stir mix into rice.
  5. Cover and chill till chilled, 2 hrs at least.
  6. Serves about 10 to 12.
